Order in Council 412/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 8 (2) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Heather Arthur is hereby reappointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a further period not exceeding two years from April 11, 2021.
