Order in Council 541/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Faiq Bilal of Milton, appointed by O.C. 451/2022 dated March 4, 2022 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario, has resigned;

Now therefore , pursuant to clause 5(1)(

b) of the Occupational Therapy Act, 1991 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 451/2022 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
