Order in Council 197/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 6(1)(

b) of the Psychology Act, 1991 , Nancy Tkachuk of Niagara Falls be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Psychologists of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective March 12, 2021.
