Order in Council 90/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 19(3) of the Lake Simcoe Protection Act, 2008, the appointment as a part-time member and designated Chair of the Lake Simcoe Coordinating Committee of Claire Malcolmson by Order-in-Council 1101/2017 is hereby revoked, effective December 4, 2018, as Ms. Malcolmson resigned as a part-time member and Chair of the Lake Simcoe Coordinating Committee.
