Order in Council 2393/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to

section 125 of the Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007 , and

section 291 and

Schedule 3 of the Ontario Regulation 79/10,

Wendy Gauthier of Little Current

be reappointed as a member of the Board of Management for the District of Manitoulin for a period of three years, effective January 5, 2018 to and including January 4, 2021.
