Order in Council 739/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , David To, Doctor of Medicine, of Richmond Hill be reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective August 31, 2025.
