OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated August 10, 2005, pursuant to
Section 37 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve Petition No. 36243 and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to issue a certificate, to the parcel of land more particularly shown hatched on the plan set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to the effect that the Crown asserts no interest or claim in or to those lands, containing 35 hectares, more or less, situate in the Loon Lake area, Cape Breton County.
