Order in Council 1386/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 566/2025 Douglas Turnbull was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (the “Authority”) and as such became a member of the Authority, for a fixed term of two years, effective May 1, 2025;

And

whereas Douglas Turnbull is now to be designated as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Authority;

Pursuant to

section 8 of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario Act, 2016 ;

Douglas Turnbull of Toronto

be designated as Chair of the Board of Directors, for a fixed term ending on April 30, 2027, effective December 28, 2025.
