OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries and the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated November 22, 2001, and pursuant to Sections 3 and 9 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, and

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to assign administration of the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act to the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries solely for the purpose of the disposal of the surplus equipment and livestock from the Nova Scotia Community Pasture Board described in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation to the various Community Pasture Cooperatives and the Nova Scotia Agricultural College as set out in the Schedule.
