Section 5 of
Chapter 138 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1969, the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design Act, as amended, is pleased to appoint Victor Syperek of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Governors of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design for a term of office of three years commencing September 1, 2001 and ending August 31, 2004.
