OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated November 20, 2001, and pursuant to subsections 9(1) and (2) of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective December 7, 2001, to appoint the Honourable Ronald S. Russell as Chair of Treasury and Policy Board and to designate the following Members of the Executive Council to be members of Treasury and Policy Board, a Committee of the Executive Council: Honourable John F.
