OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act and Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation dated April 4, 2014, and pursuant to Sections 4, 12 and 19 of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act , is pleased to: (

a) authorize the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation, as agent of Her Majesty in Right of the Province, to sell and convey a portion of its property measuring approximately 1600 square feet at 15246 Cabot Trail, Cheticamp, Nova Scotia for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province; and (

b) authorize the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation to sell property at 15246 Cabot Trail, Cheticamp, Nova Scotia to the Cheticamp Volunteer Fire Department for the sum of $1 per square foot subject to agreement by the Cheticamp Volunteer Fire Department to bear all costs associated with the sale of the property and other terms and conditions associated with the purchase and sale of commercial property.
