On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 28 (1) of the Pay Equity Act , David Ross of Mississauga be reappointed as full-time presiding officer of the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective the later of April 2, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made.
