OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated June 5, 2003, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 13 of the Acts of 1990, the Health Council Act, and
Section 44A of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to appoint the following persons as members of the Provincial Health Council to complete vacancies, each for a term commencing June 30, 2003, and ending September 29, 2004: Malcolm C. Bennett of Lower Sackville, Halifax Regional Municipality Brenda Montgomery of Clementsport, Annapolis County.
