OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated September 8, 2004, and pursuant to Sections 158, 160, 161 and 162 of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1994, the Credit Union Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Rod Munroe of Prime Brook, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the board of directors of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation for a term of three years effective September 30, 2004; and (

b) reappoint R?al Boudreau of Pubnico, Yarmouth County, as a member of the board of directors of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation for a term of three (3) years effective September 30, 2004.
