section 4.2 Management of fund CHAPTERS

An Act to amend The Community Capital Fund Act. [Assented to May 4, 19 79.] H ER Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as The Community Capital Fund Amend- ment Act, 1979. 2. The Community Capital Fund Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act. 3. -0) Subsection 3 (2) is amended by striking out "March" in the second line and substituting "December".

(2) The following subsection is added after subsection 3 (2): "

(3) Any moneys remaining in the fund on January 1, 1980, for which no use or commitment has been made, shall be transferred back to the consolidated fund". 4. The following

section is added after

section 4.1: "4.2-0) A sum of $450,000 appropriated from the consoli dated fund shall be recorded as a credit to the fund. "

(2) The sum appropriated pursuant to subsection 0) shall be charged against the consolidated fund for the fiscal year of the con solidated fund ending March 31, 1980". fo%~ing into 5. This Act comes into force on the day of assent but is retroac- tive and is deemed to have been in force on and from April 1, 1979.
