OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forestry dated October 5, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 97 of the Acts of 1986,
An Act to Establish the Shubenacadie Canal Commission, and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, hereby revokes the appointment of Vishal Bhardwaj of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a member of the Shubenacadie Canal Commission, made by Order in Council 2018-243, effective October 20, 2020.
