OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 20, 2016, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) and clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources:

a) amending

Schedule “A” referred to in Order in Council 2014-409 by extending the dates by which Melford International Terminal Incorporated must start or complete milestones associated with the construction and operation of a deep water terminal and logistics park at Melford, Guysborough County, as outlined in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and

b) executing such documents as are required to achieve the purpose of this Order.
