Section of the New Brunswick Liquor Corpora- tion Act,

chapter of the Revised Statutes, 2016, is amended L’article de la

Loi sur la Société des alcools du Nouveau-Brunswick,

chapitre des Lois révisées de 2016, est modifié (

a) in the definition “sale” and “sell”

a) à la définition de « vente » et « vendre », (

i) in subparagraph (b)(ii) by striking out “, or” at the end of the subparagraph and substituting a period; (

i) au sous-alinéa b)(ii), par la suppression du point-virgule à la fin du sous-alinéa et son rem- placement par un point; (ii) by repealing paragraph (c); (ii) par l’abrogation de l’alinéa c); (

b) by repealing the following

definitions:

b) par l’abrogation des définitions suivantes : “cannabis”; « accessoire »; “cannabis accessory”; « cannabis »; “cannabis retail outlet”; « cannabis à des fins récréatives »; “recreational use cannabis”. « point de vente au détail du cannabis ». 2

d) of the English version by add- ing “and” at the end of the paragraph;

b) by repealing paragraph (d.1).
