Under the authority of

section 3 of the Municipalities Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

The boundaries of the Town of

Lawn

are as set out in the Schedule.

Regulation 709/78 is repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at the junction point of 2 old highroads leading to Lawn and then running south 22 west 2,700 metres to "East Head" at the eastern entrance to Great Lawn Harbour;

Then running in a generally northerly direction along the eastern shoreline of

Great

Lawn

Harbour

to the south side of the bridge spanning Northeast Arm;

Then running along the north shoreline of the harbour to the south side of the bridge spanning Northwest Arm;

Then running along the western shoreline of

Great

Lawn

Harbour

in a generally southerly direction to the mouth of a small brook;

Then running along the centre line of the brook in a generally westerly direction 450 metres;

Then running north 9 east 1,500 metres to a point on Lawn Brook;

Then running south 64 east 1,150 metres to a point at the centre of the main dam on East Lawn Brook;

Then running south 24 east 1,350 metres to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
