OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated March 24, 2000 pursuant to

Section 80 of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to: (

a) dispose of certain lands containing 32,964 square feet, more or less, situate at or near The Narrows, Lunenburg County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the land to Terry Raymond Rafuse of The Narrows, Lunenburg County, for the price of $15,000.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
