EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Bill would amend the Revenue Administration Act to impose a

fee of $50 per search for clearance certificates.

House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

Administration Act is amended by adding immediately after

section 113 the

following:

fee

113.1 Notwithstanding

section 114, the fee for a clearance certificate is $50.

Commencement

2. This Act shall be considered to have come into

force on April 1, 2013.
