Order in Council 822/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997,

Sonya Sahay of Toronto,

who was reappointed as part-time member, representative of employers, of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal by Order in Council O.C. 1753/2016,

be appointed as full-time member, representative of employers, of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term of two years effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Furthermore, Order in Council O.C. 1753/2016 is revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
