OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated December 7, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to approve Nova Scotia Lands Inc. incorporating the form of indemnity in favour of a purchaser in its Agreements of Purchase and Sale in relation to the sale of lands at Port Mersey Commercial Park, substantially in the form set out in
Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
