On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is amended,
(
a) effective November 1, 2016, as set out in the attached Appendix 1, and
(
b) effective January 1, 2017, as set out in the attached Appendix 2.

Appendix 1
Schedule 1 of the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is amended by repealing items 18 and 31 and substituting the following:
