Order in Council 1287/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174 (1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 , Chantelle Zehr of Kitchener be appointed as full-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, that Order in Council O.C. 1330/2022 dated October 6, 2022, reappointing Chantelle Zehr as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
