Order in Council 1457/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Donald H. Braden of Kingston, reappointed by O.C. 669/2021 as a part-time Psychiatrist member of the Ontario Review Board, has resigned from his appointment effective May 31, 2022;

Now therefore , pursuant to the Criminal Code, Order in Council numbered O.C. 669/2021 be revoked.
