OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated January 22, 2009, and pursuant to Sections 2(a)(b)(e), 6, 16(1)(

b) and (g), and 34(1)(

f) of

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Regulations thereunder, Sections 2(1)(o), 9(3) and 9(4), and Sections 59A(

a) and 59C(1) and 1(

A) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve financial assistance by way of a payroll rebate to Lockheed Martin Canada Inc. in an amount not to exceed One Million Eight Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Dollars ($1,829,420.00), authorized by the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated on January 12, 2009, on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated January 22, 2009; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
