An Act to amend The Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders Act.

Short title This Act may be cited as The Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders Amendment Act. R.S.S. 1978, c.59 (Supp.), s.1. Rev. Stat. c.R-4,

section amended Subsection 2(1) of The Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders Act is amended: (

a) by striking out “or” after subclause (b)(i); (

b) by adding after subclause (b)(ii) “or”; (

c) by adding after subclause (b)(ii) the following subclause: “(iii) the Unified Family Court”; and (
