Order in Council 43/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Electricity Act, 1998 ,

Elizabeth Doherty, Public Servant, of Toronto

be reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three years, effective as of April 18, 2022.
