B.C. Reg. 5/2006, deposited January 12, 2006, pursuant to the REGULATIONS ACT [Section 4 (2)]. Ministerial Order M5/2006, dated January 10, 2006.

Pursuant to

section 4 (2) of the Regulations Act , being satisfied that it is in the public interest to do so, I, Wally Oppal, Attorney General and Minister Responsible for Multiculturalism, order that the following ministerial orders made under the

Land Act are deemed to have been deposited with the Registrar of Regulations on the dates indicated:

M314/2000, B.C. Reg. 372/2005, on September 28, 2000;

M415/2004, B.C. Reg. 373/2005, on December 16, 2004.
