OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated December 17, 1998 pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: (

a) extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public highway system containing 6,916.7 square feet, more or less, situate at or near Little Narrows, Victoria County, and more particularly described as Parcel B and Parcel C in

Schedule "A" as shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey certain lands containing 6,780 square feet and 6,916.7 square feet, more or less, situate at or near Little Narrows, Victoria County, and more particularly described as Parcel A, Parcel B and Parcel C in

Schedule "A" as shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

c) convey the lands to Donald W. Matheson of Little Narrows, Victoria County, in exchange for other lands; and (

d) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
