An Act to amend The

Interpretation Act [Assented to March 30, 1955.] Rev. stat. c.1, s.20 amended Paragraph of subsection (1) of

section of The

Interpretation Act is amended by adding thereto the following: “and on and after the first day of April, 1955, means the Criminal Code of Canada that comes into force on the first day of April, 1955, being
