B.C. Reg. 105/2015 , deposited June 9, 2015, under the FINANCE STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2015 [section 133] and REAL ESTATE SERVICES ACT [sections 91 (1) (d.1) and 130 (2) (h.1). Order in Council 320/2015, approved and ordered June 8, 2015.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) sections 92 and 94 of the Finance Statutes Amendment Act, 2015 , S.B.C. 2015, c. 8, are brought into force, and

(

b) the Real Estate Services Regulation, B.C. Reg. 506/2004, is amended by adding the following

section to Division 1 of

Part 7:

Appointments to board of governors of foundation

7.01

(1) The Union of British Columbia Municipalities may appoint one individual as a member of the board of governors of the foundation under

section 91 (1) (d.1) of the Act.

(2) The minister may appoint one individual as a member of the board of governors of the foundation under

section 91 (1) (d.1) of the Act.

(3) For certainty, the minister’s authority to make an appointment under subsection (2) of this

section is in addition to his or her authority to make an appointment under

section 91 (1) (

d) of the Act.
