Order in Council 811/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 14 (1.1) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , Order in Council 658/2024, reappointing David Stevens of Springford as a part-time member of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal, is hereby revoked effective the date the Order in Council is signed.
