OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated April 14, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 16A of
Chapter 32 of the Acts of 2000, the Psychologists Act , and
Section 17 of the Psychologists Regulations , N.S. Reg. 70/2002, made by the Nova Scotia Board of Examiners in Psychology and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2002-257 dated May 31, 2002, as amended, is pleased to appoint Matthew Crossman of Salmon River, Colchester County, as a member of the Registration Appeal Committee of the Nova Scotia Board of Examiners in Psychology representing the public for a term of two (2) years commencing June 9, 2023.
