OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated August 27, 2015, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources:

a) issuing a deed to convey a parcel of Crown land currently identified as PID 05016449 containing approximately 10.6 hectares (26.3 acres), located at Granville Centre, Annapolis County, and shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Paul Bruce Gilliatt and William Bruce Gilliatt of Granville Centre, Annapolis County, Nova Scotia, for the consideration of $1.00 and associated costs; and

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
