Loi sur les travaux publics Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 3(1) of the Public Works Act,

chapter of the Revised Statutes, 2016, is amended by strik- ing out “Sections and 26” and substituting “Sections 25, 26 and 30.1”. 1 Le paragraphe 3(1) de la

Malgré ce que prévoient les articles et de la présente loi ainsi que l’article de la

Loi sur l’ad- ministration financière et toute autre loi, le ministre, sans l’approbation du lieutenant-gouverneur en conseil, peut aliéner, notamment par vente, tout bien-fonds va- cant qui lui est transféré en vertu de l’article 27, si sont réunies les deux conditions suivantes : (

a) proceedings to sell the land were held under the Real Property Tax Act but the land was not sold, and

a) des procédures pour vendre le bien-fonds ont été engagées en vertu de la

b) the amount of the taxes and penalties on the land that were due and unpaid under the Real Property Tax Act on the date that the proceedings to sell the land were held under that Act does not exceed $10,000.
