section 672.38(1) of the Criminal Code , R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46, E. Jean Polak of Bracebridge be reappointed as a part-time Lawyer member of the Ontario Review Board for a fixed term of five years, effective June 17, 2019 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
