Order in Council 1620/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9 (2) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006 , S.O. 2006, c. 16,

Janet Ecker

be re-appointed as a member of the Board of Metrolinx to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three (3) years, effective the date of this OIC .
