OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Acadian Affairs and Francophonie and the Minister of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage dated October 5, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Acadian Affairs and Francophonie entering into the Agreement for Cooperation and Exchange between the Government of Quebec and the Government of Nova Scotia – Accord de cooperation et d’échanges entre le gouvernement du Québec et le gouvernement de la Nouvelle-Écosse, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of this Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
