PARTIE VIII.1 POULET Processing plants Usines de transformation 41.1(1) The following

definitions apply in this section. 41.1(1) Les définitions qui suivent s’appliquent au pré- sent article. “chicken” means a bird of the species Gallus domesti- cus. (poulet) “instrument” means an order, decision, direction, rule, by-law, resolution or determination. (instrument) « instrument » Arrêté, décision, directive, règle, règle- ment administratif, résolution ou détermination. (instru- ment) « poulet »

(chicken) 41.1(2) Despite any other provision of this Act, exclud- ing this section, and despite any provision of the regula- tions or an instrument made under the authority of this Act, only the Minister may, until the expiration of this section, designate the plants where chicken may be processed. 41.1(2)
