CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Wascana Centre Act (Assented to May 20, 1983) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Wascana Centre Amendment Act, 1983. Rev. Stat. c.W-4,

section amended Clause 53(1)(

a) of The Wascana Centre Act is amended by striking out “5mills” and substituting “four mills”. Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day of assent but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from April 1, 1983.
