OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, dated May 31, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 50 of the Acts of 2005,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1996, the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act, and subsection (7) of

Section 3 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that

Section 1 of

Chapter 50 of the Acts of 2005,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1996, the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act, do come into force on and not before June 19, 2007.
