a) Pam Shatzko is appointed an Executive Assistant in the Ministry of Competition, Science and Enterprise, to work in the office of the Minister of State for Deregulation, a position that will require the appointee to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council, and (

b) the appointee's remuneration will begin at Step of the Compensation Guidelines for Executive Assistants attached to order in council 1230/93 with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for Category C appointments in order in council 806/89.
