CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Apiaries Act (Assented to April 28, 1995) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Apiaries Amendment Act, 1995. R.S.S. 1978, c.A-22 amended The Apiaries Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended

Section is amended by adding Abees in packages or cages,@ after ASaskatchewan any@. New

section

Section is repealed and the following substituted: AAttracting foraging bees No person shall allow honeycomb, brood comb, honey, beeswax, sugar syrups, feeders, or any other beekeeping equipment to be exposed in a manner that could attract foraging bees@.

Section amended Subsection 15(1) is amended by striking out A$500@ and substituting A$5,000@. Coming into force This Act comes into force on assent.
