Order in Council 1211/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 6 of the Ontario Forest Tenure Modernization Act, 2011,

Laird Van Damme of Thunder Bay

be reappointed as part-time member, and designated as vice-chair, of the Nawiinginokiima Forest Management Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 3 years effective the date this Order in Council is made;

And further that Order in Council 934/2023 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
