OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated May 10, 2013, and pursuant to
Section 27 of
Chapter 32 of the Acts of 2004, the Prescription Monitoring Act, is pleased to make new regulations authorizing pharmacies and a dispensing physician to send information about monitored drug dispenses to the Nova Scotia Prescription Monitoring Program via the Drug Information System, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after July 1, 2013.
