Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Health to enter into Academic Funding Plan Agreements for the IWK Authority/Dalhousie Faculty of Medicine and the Department of Pediatrics and the CDHA/Dalhousie Faculty of Medicine and the Division of Gynecologic Oncology as set out in

Schedule "A" and

Schedule "A-1", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or forms of agreement to like form and effect, effective on and after January 11, 2011.
