CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Ombudsman Act, 1972 (Assented to May 7, 1976.) 1972, c.87,

section amended

Section of The Ombudsman Act, 1972 , as amended by

chapter of the Statutes of Saskatchewan, 1973-74 and by

chapter of the Statutes of Saskatchewan, 1974-75, is further amended: (

a) by striking out “ $29,975” in the first line of subsection (1) and substituting “$32,795”; and (

b) by striking out subsection (1A). S.S. 1976 (sess. 2), c.41, s.1. Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day of assent but is retroactive and shall be deemed to have been in force on and from the first day of October, 1975.
